A home report is legal document prepared by a qualified surveyor that consists of:

• Energy Performance Certificate
• Property Questionnaire
• Single Survey Report


It is a legal requirement to have a final home report BEFORE you market your property for sale

We can market your property wthin 7 days on instructions

Properties can be anywhere from 8/12 weeks to sell through the solicitors
